Who is this event for?
The Volume Photography Summer Camp is designed for volume photographers, studio owners, and production teams who want to grow their business, simplify operations, and connect with others shaping the future of school and sports photography across the U.S. and Canada.
What's included in my ticket?
Your ticket gives you full access to all sessions, panels, and keynotes, plus conference lunch from Wednesday through Friday. You’ll also get entry to the opening reception and wine downs, because great ideas often start over great conversations.
What are the conference hours?
The conference will run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Wednesday-Friday and 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday.
Is there a hotel shuttle from the airport?
There is no hotel shuttle available.
Is there a cost for onsite parking?
Onsite parking starts at $15 for self-parking.
Can I bring a guest to Summer Camp?
No, guests are not permitted.
All individuals must be registered attendees to access any part of the Summer Camp experience—including sessions, receptions, lunches, and coffee breaks. This policy ensures a focused and professional environment for learning, networking, and engagement.
If someone wishes to participate, they must complete full registration.
Are children allowed to attend Summer Camp?
Children are not permitted in the conference areas unless they are registered and approved models for designated live shoot sessions.
